Terry Albarella

Terry Albarella is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in IT operations and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Director of IT Operations at Relativity since January 2021, Terry oversees global IT Operations, including Service Desk, ITIL, and Enterprise Architecture. Previous roles at Relativity included Senior Manager of IT Operations and Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure Engineering. At Prudential Financial, Terry held multiple vice president positions, focusing on Enterprise Architecture, Diversity and Inclusion, and IT Infrastructure, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and governance. As an Executive Advisory Board member for Lesbians Who Tech & Allies, Terry advocates for diversity and inclusion in the tech community. Terry's early career involved independent consulting and establishing IT systems for the supermarket industry. Terry holds a BSE in Secondary Education and an MBA in Management Information Systems.
