Andy Porter

EVP & Chief People Experience Officer

Prior to Relay, Andy Porter served for more than five years as the chief people officer at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, where he was responsible for leading the human resources strategy for a community of 4,000 people, as well as leading space planning and design for Broad’s campus in Cambridge. Before that, he was vice president of human resources and organizational development at Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, held roles at Dyax Corp. and held roles in human resources at Harvard-affiliated hospitals.

Andy is a member of the board of directors for the Northeast Human Resources Association and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. He has also spent time outside of his full-time roles teaching as an adjunct professor at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science.

Andy holds a B.S. in organizational psychology from Bridgewater State University and an M.S. in organization development from American University.
