Steve Augustine

Steve joined Relievant in June of 2021 and serves as Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining Steve founded and lead a consulting practice that guided medical device organizations through strategic transformations in organizational direction, culture, and leadership capabilities. Before consulting, Steve spent 20 years in various HR leadership roles at Coloplast, ev3, and Boston Scientific. His last role was Vice President, Human Resources for Coloplast. He has a proven track record of driving high levels of performance and engagement through clarity and alignment of business strategy, building cultures where people thrive, maximizing leadership impact at all levels, and ensuring human resource systems and processes create value for the business.

Steve received his MBA from the University of St Thomas and his BA from Indiana University. Steve is an acting Board member of the Nicholas Noyes Foundation which supports charitable organizations and educational institutions.
