Spencer de Groot

Spencer De Groot is an experienced professional in user experience and design, currently serving as the Head of User Experience at RELX since March 2017. With a career spanning over two decades, Spencer has held key roles at Elsevier, starting as a User Centered Design expert in 2001 and advancing to Portfolio Manager for User Centered Design. Prior experience includes managerial positions at Reed Elsevier and technical leadership at Elsevier MDL. Spencer began a career in ICT consulting at CMG after completing education in Engineering Psychology and Psychology at the University of Groningen.
