Mikkel Salling

Mikkel Salling has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Købmand at REMA 1000 Danmark since July 2016. Prior to this role, Mikkel held positions as Distriktschef / Field Force Manager at Carlsberg Group from July 2014 to June 2016 and as Distriktschef / District Manager at Netto, Dansk Supermarked Group from January 2010 to July 2014, where responsibilities included leading 20 managers and overseeing 300 employees. Mikkel's earlier roles include Store Manager at Scgroup and ownership of a stock trading business that specialized in surplus stock and overstock. Additionally, experience as a consultant and partner in software development and e-commerce further complements Mikkel's diverse professional background. Mikkel is currently pursuing further education at Copenhagen Business School, building upon a previous BA degree obtained there from 2000 to 2003.
