Daniel Getelman

CTO & Co-Founder at Remix

Daniel Getelman is the CTO and co-founder of Remix, a software company that works with cities around the world to shape their transportation future. Daniel is also a former Code for America fellow, where they worked on two main projects: AddressIQ and Transitmix.

Getelman has always been passionate about transportation and its ability to empower people. Daniel believes that by working with cities to improve their transportation infrastructure, we can make a huge impact in reversing climate change.

Getelman is a jack of all trades, with experience in software development, user research, and project management. Daniel is constantly looking for ways to improve the Remix platform and make it more user-friendly for cities and transit planners.

Daniel Getelman attended the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology at the University of Pennsylvania, where they studied computer science and managerial analytics. Daniel then went on to earn their BS in Managerial Analytics from The Wharton School.

They work with Tom Mercer - Chief Product Officer, Caroline Ang Wright - Director of Marketing, and Nichole Jordan - COO. Their manager is Tiffany Chu, CEO & Co-founder. A direct report to Daniel Getelman is and Ryan Triggs - VP Engineering.
