Loren Baxter

Loren Baxter is currently the Head of Design at Remix, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Design at Via from March 2021 to October 2021, helping the design team navigate the journey of a major acquisition and investing heavily in integrating their design cultures and teams. From November 2017 to March 2021, Loren was the head of design at Remix, where they led both the product and brand design teams and helped build an incredible team that delivered meaningful and delightful experiences. Her focus included building organizational design culture, recruiting great designers, partnering with cross-functional leadership to set goals, and continuing with some design work of their own. During this time, Remix was acquired by Via and integrating design & design culture across two organizations became another area of focus. Prior to their time at Remix, Loren was a co-founder and designer at Priime from July 2014 to July 2017 and the Lead Product Designer at ReadyForZero from November 2010 to January 2013. From June 2008 to July 2014, Loren worked as a freelance product designer.

Loren Baxter graduated from UC San Diego with a B.S. in Cognitive Science.
