Shay Ogunsanya

Shay Ogunsanya is a legal professional with extensive experience in commercial and product law, currently serving as Managing Counsel at Remote since August 2021. Previously, Shay held various senior legal roles at Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory Nederland, focusing on corporate legal software and managing international sales relationships. In addition, Shay contributed legal expertise as a consultant for the Dutch-Cypriot Chamber of Commerce and participated as a committee member at the University of Amsterdam. Shay's academic credentials include a Master of Laws in European Private Law from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law along with a Master’s Degree in Legal International Relations and Affairs from the University of Nicosia.
