Bill Fickett is a seasoned professional in business management and operations with a strong background in education. They served as an Elementary School Teacher at Dickens Elementary School in North Las Vegas from 2010 to 2013 before advancing to various leadership roles at Freckle by Renaissance, including Director of Curriculum and Chief of Staff, from 2017 to 2018. Bill returned to Freckle as the Sr. Director of Business Management from 2021 to 2023, and is currently the Sr. Director of Business Operations at Renaissance Learning until 2025. They hold a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from UNLV and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
