Melanie Taylor

Melanie Taylor serves as the Senior Vice President and Director of Training at Renasant Bank, a position held since December 2013. With a career at M&F Bank/Renasant Bank that began in March 1985, Melanie has progressed to the role of Vice President and Director of Training. In these positions, Melanie leads, manages, and directs the Corporate Training Department, responsible for delivering training and development to over 500 bank associates across four states, while also overseeing the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS).
