Erin Bailey

Erin Bailey is the founder of Momentum Management, a talent and marketing agency launched in July 2022 that emphasizes female and social impact voices. As an advisor for SISTAIN and a participant in the Renegade Accelerator program, Erin has also served as a mentor, guiding entrepreneurs since February 2019. Previously, Erin held leadership roles at Hydrow, Inc. as Senior Director of Community, and at beam as Director of Community. Erin's early career included roles as a fitness professional and model for notable brands, as well as positions in social media management and client relations across various companies. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, with additional education from Nelson Mandela University and the University of Roehampton.
