Caroline Hall Johnston

Caroline Hall Johnston is currently the Pre-Construction Manager for solar projects at RES, a role they began in 2025. Prior to this, Caroline held various positions including Senior Procurement and EPC Manager at Solariant Capital LLC and Director of Bid Management at Strata Clean Energy. They have also served as a Project Manager for United Solar Initiative, managing domestic and international solar projects aimed at alleviating energy poverty. Caroline's earlier experiences include roles in bid management and database administration, and they are currently pursuing a Master of Information Science with a focus on Environmental Informatics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
