David Bruce

David Bruce is an experienced professional in renewable energy asset management, currently serving as Director of TRIG at RES since October 2023, where responsibilities include managing solar and storage portfolios and offshore wind assets. Previously, David held the position of Head of Asset Management at Red Rock Power Limited from April 2015 to October 2023, overseeing operational performance and risk management across a diverse portfolio, and actively participating at board level in various capital projects. Additional roles within Red Rock included Senior Asset Manager and Asset Manager, along with prior experience as an Analyst at Repsol Nuevas Energías UK and the Scottish Government, focusing on offshore wind analysis and marine spatial planning, respectively. David holds a Master of Science in Geographical Information Science and a Bachelor of Science in Geography, both from The University of Edinburgh.
