Steven Ramirez has extensive experience in information security and technology leadership within the healthcare sector. As VP & Chief Information Security & Technology Officer at Renown Health from January 2022 to May 2023, Steven oversaw executive management of technology and security functions. Previously, as VP & Chief Information Security Officer, Steven provided strategic leadership in developing security policies and minimizing risks. Other roles include teaching a cybersecurity course at Harvard University, serving as AVP & Chief Information Security Officer at UofL Health, and acting as IT Security & Privacy Officer at IBM. Steven's earlier experience includes leading IT risk management at Change Healthcare. Steven holds a Master of Health Administration from Ohio University and a Graduate Certificate in Occupational Safety from Eastern Kentucky University.
