Lorenzo Orifici

Lorenzo Orifici (BSc/LLM) is currently serving as an HR Advisor at Rentokil Initial since July 2023, focusing on employee relations (ER) matters and producing detailed reports for senior management on various HR trends. Prior to this role, Lorenzo worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Gowling WLG from June 2021 to June 2023, managing HR administrative functions and serving as the first point of contact for HR-related queries. In addition to HR experience, Lorenzo has held various positions in the hospitality sector from October 2014 to June 2021, encompassing front-of-house, bartending, kitchen duties, and managerial roles. Lorenzo possesses an LLM in Employment Law and Practice from De Montfort University, expected in 2024, and a BSc (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Birmingham, completed in 2019.
