Andre Freitas Conceicao serves as the General Manager and Managing Director for Rentokil Initial in Brazil, with full P&L responsibility and leadership across various functions, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and more, since January 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Thomson Reuters as General Manager for Latin America, overseeing the production of exclusive legal and tax-related content, and as Head of Finance for Brazil, where significant turnaround initiatives were implemented. Additional roles at Nextel Telecomunicações, Vivo, Brasil Telecom, and Redecard involved financial planning, analysis, and management across various sectors. Andre holds an MBA in Finance from USP and has completed advanced management and specialization programs, along with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
