David Vigilante

David Vigilante is a Senior Product Manager at Reonomy. David was previously an Associate Director at Black Bear Asset Management, where they were responsible for the analysis of various principal investment activities, investment advisory, and the arrangement of various real estate financing alternatives including first mortgages, mezzanine debt, B-notes, and preferred equity. Prior to that, they were a Valuation Analyst at BBG-Butler Burgher Group, where they valued a wide variety of commercial real estate assets focused in the New York City market totaling close to $1 billion dollars.

Property types valued by David include multifamily, condos / coops, mixed-use commercial, offices, affordable housing, proposed developments, estates, and land. David began their career as an Intern at Brinker Capital before being promoted to Summer Financial Analyst and then Investment Banking Analyst at Signal Hill Capital.

David Vigilante graduated from Downingtown High School East before attending The Wharton School. David earned their Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus in finance and operations and information management.

David Vigilante reports to Patrick Rafferty, VP, Product. They work with Julian Smoller - Senior Product Manager, Rachel Forray - Associate Product Manager.
