Nicholas Guerra

Nicholas Guerra began their career in 2011, working as a Supervising Technician for Lifesafer of N California. In this role, they managed all installation, training and calibration services for in-car breathalyzers, providing services for both new and existing customers. In 2013, they moved to Repeated Signals Solutions as an Operations Manager, where they created and managed the NOC department for all enhanced Post Deployment DAS maintenance customers. Nicholas also managed and trained multiple Jr. NOC Engineers. In 2018, they joined Communication Technology Services, LLC as a Systems Performance Engineer. Here, they lead teams during equipment rollout, commissioning and optimization efforts for Cellular and Public Safety systems, and provided system performance analysis for DAS service issues for new and legacy network builds. In 2021, they joined Repeated Signal Solutions, Inc. as a Snr RF Engineer. In this role, they managed a dedicated NOC Team for enhanced Post Deployment DAS maintenance for large venues, lead teams during equipment rollout, commissioning and optimization efforts for Cellular and Public Safety systems, and provided system performance analysis for DAS service issues for new and legacy network builds.

Nicholas Guerra has an education history that includes a degree in Emergency Medicine from Cuesta College between 2008 and 2010, and a General Studies degree from Arroyo Grande High School from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from various institutions, including a Comba Public Safety Certification from Comba Telecom in February 2017, a Corning Optical Communications Wireless Level 1 Certification - ONE Platform from Corning Optical Communications in July 2016, an IBWave Level 2 Certification from iBwave Solutions Inc. in March 2016, a Comba Certified Installer from Comba Telecom in January 2016, an IBWave Level 3 Certification from iBwave Solutions Inc. in October 2018, a Corning Optical Communications Wireless Level 1 & 2 Certification from Corning Optical Communications in June 2015, an IBWave Level 1 Design Certification from iBwave Solutions Inc. in January 2015, and an Ericson Radio DOT Systems installation and Commissioning from Ericsson.
