Daniel Cao is a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with extensive experience in the recruitment industry, currently serving at Replicant since May 2024. Previously, Daniel held similar roles at Klue and Wonolo, where responsibilities included leading end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse teams and enhancing onboarding practices for hiring managers. With a strong background in talent acquisition, Daniel has also worked at Prodigy Education, Gurulink, and Jobspring Partners, focusing on building collaborative relationships, streamlining recruitment processes, and providing customized solutions. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and Biology from Brock University, completed in 2012.
