Christina Zara

Christina Zara, CMP, CMM, serves as the Director of Operations at RE+ Events since May 2023, overseeing the development and execution of regional events. Previously, Christina held the position of Director of Education & Student Programs at the Biomedical Engineering Society from May 2022 to March 2024, and contributed as Manager of Event Operations and Event Producer at the American Academy Of Optometry from July 2020 to May 2022, where efforts included organizing the 2020 virtual conference. Prior roles include Sr. Manager of VIP Events at The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. (May 2016 - July 2020) focusing on networking and logistics, Director of Sales Events & In-house Production Services at Cox Automotive Inc. (January 2007 - November 2015) managing a substantial budget, and serving as Sr. Manager at AutoTrader.com before promotion to Director of Events in 2007. Christina holds a Bachelor's degree in Metaphysical Humanistic Science from Thomas Francis University.
