Anna Akhtar

Anna Akhtar is the People Operations Coordinator at Reprise. Anna has previous experience working as a project manager, career assistant, and scheduling coordinator.

Anna started their career as a Scheduling Coordinator at Stan's Heating & Air Conditioning. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating the schedules of the technicians and making sure that they were properly dispatched to customer homes. Anna then worked as a Project Coordinator at Mood Media, where they were responsible for coordinating the implementation of in-store music and visual solutions for retail clients.

In August 2017, Anna started working as a Career Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In this role, they were responsible for providing career advice and guidance to students, as well as coordinating on-campus recruiting events. Anna then transitioned into the role of Project Manager III at One Medical Passport in February 2018. In this role, they oversaw multiple implementations of One Medical Passport solutions at ambulatory surgery centers from inception to completion.

Anna is currently the People Operations Coordinator at Reprise. In this role, they are responsible for managing the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and administering employee benefits.

Anna Akhtar's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Applied Learning and Development from The University of Texas at Austin.
