Jose Ignacio Breton is an accomplished Senior Executive currently serving as the Chief Technology and Procurement Officer at Repsol Low Carbon Generation, where they lead initiatives towards a net-zero emissions future by 2050. With over fifteen years of experience in the energy sector, they have managed the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of conventional and renewable energy plants across more than 20 countries.
