Bin Hui Yeo

Bin Hui Yeo is a lecturer at Republic Polytechnic since July 2025, bringing extensive experience in food technology. This professional previously served as a food technologist at ProXES from December 2021 to July 2025, where expertise in food technology and processing technologies was utilized to develop customer solutions. Prior roles include food technologist positions at Rikevita (Singapore) Pte Ltd from September 2019 to May 2022 and at Prima Limited from December 2015 to September 2019. Bin Hui Yeo began a career in the industry with an internship at FMC Corporation in late 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Food Science and Technology from Massey University, obtained between 2013 and 2015, and a Diploma in Food Science and Technology from Singapore Polytechnic, completed from 2008 to 2011.
