Philippe Bongrain

Philippe Bongrain is the current Chief Operating Officer for República del Cacao, a Latin American chocolate company. Philippe has been with República del Cacao for 2 years and 7 months, and prior to that they held the position of Chief Executive Officer. Philippe's experience in the industry began when they were an intern for Eastman Chemical Company, where they worked as a Field Engineer Intern for 3 months and then as a Plant Engineer Intern for 4 months. After their internship, Philippe began working for Schlumberger as a Production Manager. Philippe was with Schlumberger for 5 years and 8 months before moving on to their current role at República del Cacao. In addition to their work experience, Philippe is also a Member of the Board of Directors for Federación Ecuatoriana de Exportadores - FEDEXPOR and Anecacao - Ecuador National Association of Cocoa Exporters.
