Anu Patel

Anu Patel has over 19 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Leader at RTI International since June 2006. In this role, Anu has developed expertise in full life cycle recruitment processes and global recruitment operations. Previously, Anu held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for the Mid-Atlantic Region at SunTrust, providing expertise in staffing policies and full life cycle recruitment within the Finance division. Anu's career commenced as a Human Resources Intern at Accenture, where skills were developed in systems support and university recruitment efforts. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Human Resources and Change Management from the University of Central Florida, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Marketing from the University of Florida.
