Mindi Rogers

Starting her career as an intern in the media research department of Ted Bates 25+ years ago, Mindi learned about methodologies and survey techniques early in her career and was lucky enough to be mentored by some of the key media researchers of their time. Mindi has spent most of her career working in the media research and analytics departments at major advertising and media agencies with 2 short stints at research vendors Simmons and TRA. Mindi has taken what she has learned throughout her career and work on ways to ‘improve’ the current product with an analytical approach especially as media options grow and technologies allow for more data each day. Mindi joined the OMG family over 10 years ago and has worked at Annalect and OMD and today the Managing Director in the Marketing Sciences department at Resolution Agency taking what she has learned and applying that to Resolution’s client’s businesses directly to help them prosper. She is thrilled to be now leading the Marketing Science department at Resolution Agency – an agency which has built their business on metrics. She keeps one eye on the microscope and one eye on the telescope as she helps propel the business forward every day.
