Sarah Clabaugh is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent development, currently serving as Senior HR Business Partner and Head of Learning & Development at Resolution Life since January 2024. Prior to this role, Sarah has held significant positions, including SVP — Early Talent Program Director at U.S. Bank, and Senior Director - HR Business Partner at TIAA. With an extensive background at Wells Fargo as SVP and various VP roles in HR and talent management, as well as experience at JPMorgan Chase and BearingPoint, Sarah brings a wealth of expertise in corporate training and human resources consulting. Sarah’s academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Speech Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Wheaton College.
