Shayna Krasnoff

Manager, Impact Advisory at Resonance

Shayna Krasnoff is an experienced professional in impact advisory and economic development, currently serving as Manager in Impact Advisory at Resonance since July 2022, following roles as Senior Analyst and Analyst. Prior to joining Resonance, Shayna worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Cornell Dyson School, focusing on regional economic impacts of a local farm-to-school initiative. As a Graduate Student Consultant at Resonance, Shayna conducted extensive industry research in shrimp aquaculture and facilitated investment connections. Earlier experience includes contributions as a Graduate Student Researcher at Cornell Johnson Graduate School, supporting the Emerging Markets Program, and serving as an Agribusiness and Economic Development Advisor with the Peace Corps in Uganda. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and dual Bachelor degrees in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics and Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems from the University of Rhode Island.
