Marshall Wang

VP of Design Engineering at Resonant

Marshall Wang is the VP of Design Engineering at Resonant. Marshall has over 18 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on RFIC design. Prior to joining Resonant, they were the RFIC Design Director at Cypress Semiconductor, where they helped develop the 3rd generation WirelessUSB products. Marshall also established the 2.4GHz WirelessUSB engineering design team and test environment in Cypress San Jose.

Before joining Cypress, Marshall was the V.P. Wireless IC Development at Cloudchip, Inc. and the CTO and Co-founder at Signia Technologies. At Signia, they were responsible for developing high performance CMOS RF ICs for wireless applications. Marshall also has experience in developing SoCs for optical networks and high-speed communication ICs.

Marshall Wang has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

They are on a team with Andrew Kay - Vice President of Engineering Operations, Patrick Turner - VP Technology, and Dejan Nenov - Vice President of Software Engineering. Marshall Wang reports to Dylan J. Kelly, Chief Operating Officer.
