Richard Ellis-Edwards

Richard Ellis-Edwards currently serves as the Head of Client Development at Resonate since September 2025. Prior to this role, Richard worked at Arcadis from October 2023 to September 2025 in Sales for Enterprise Asset Management, and previously held the position of Sales Executive at Arcadis Gen from July 2022 to September 2023. Richard has significant experience in business development and sales, having served as Regional Sales Manager UK&I for Frequentis and Business Development Director at Nomad Digital, an Alstom Transport Company, where focus included connectivity solutions and digital railway initiatives. Earlier career roles at CrossCountry Trains included Fleet Project Manager and Fleet Contract Manager, overseeing life cycle projects and contract management for the rail fleet. Richard holds a degree from the University of Worcester.
