Vanessa Counaert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the medical technology and textile sectors. At Resortecs, as Co-Founder and Board member since January 2018, Vanessa Counaert focuses on sustainable textile solutions through the development of dissolvable stitching thread. In a concurrent role at Baxter International Inc., Vanessa Counaert has held various leadership positions since October 2014, including Head of Connected Care for WEU and Business Unit Director for Front Line Care in the Benelux, Nordics, and CHAT regions, where the emphasis is on connected medical device solutions. Prior positions at Baxter include overseeing Clinical Nutrition and Medication Delivery Systems, as well as significant marketing roles in hemophilia and chronic renal deficiency. Vanessa Counaert's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Business Design from Domus Academy and dual Master's and Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
