Becky Simon

Becky Simon is an accomplished franchise owner with extensive experience in the health and fitness industry. Currently a franchise owner at Restore Hyper Wellness since December 2021 and at Orangetheory Fitness since August 2016, Becky has successfully opened and developed the East Bay region in Northern California, implementing short and long-term growth strategies, marketing campaigns, and community partnerships. Prior to this, Becky founded and served as CEO of Bra Smyth from 1991 to 2016, establishing a multi-channel retail business known for its specialization in bras, swimwear, and accessories. Academically, Becky holds a Master’s Degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Oregon.
