Chinmay Trivedi

Chinmay Trivedi serves as the Assistant General Manager and Legal Head at Re Sustainability Limited since July 2021, specializing in litigation management, contract management, legal advisory, and legal due diligence. Previously, Chinmay held legal management positions at Juniper Green Energy, Harsha Abakus Solar Private Limited, Arvind Smartspaces, and DMD Developers Private Limited, where responsibilities included strategic legal advice, managing litigation and contracts, and ensuring compliance with various laws and regulations. In earlier roles at Sterling Biotech Limited, oversight of legal documentation and case management was fundamental. Chinmay holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
