Shannon Flanagan

Shannon Flanagan is an accomplished leader in the retail and technology sectors, currently serving as Founder of Retail Women in Tech and retailconnected, where emphasis is placed on empowering women in retail and driving AI adoption and strategic transformation. Shannon also holds prominent roles as Task Force Lead for the Global Mental Health Taskforce, a member of the Leadership Council for Retail Tech Media Nexus, and an advisory board member for AiFi Inc., contributing expertise to enhance the retail industry. Previous experience includes serving as Global GM/VP for Talkdesk, where Shannon launched successful go-to-market strategies and fostered a culture of compassion within customer service, and as Client Service Partner at Slalom, partnering with major retailers and tech firms. Shannon Flanagan earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Saint Louis University.
