Dylan Rajkumar is currently a Customer Experience Associate at Revel. Prior to that, they worked as a Pharmacy Experience Agent at Capsule from April 2020 to July 2020, providing excellent support to customers via text, email, live chat, and phone. They also solved complex logistical, insurance, and billing issues for new and existing customers by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, and Slack. Dylan was also responsible for onboarding and working remotely during a high-growth period for the company, mastering a nuanced set of internal processes and operational knowledge to serve Capsule’s many patients, pharmacists, and physicians.

Before their time at Capsule, Dylan was a part of KindWork’s Customer Experience and Support Bootcamp from February 2020 to April 2020 where they learned technical skills such as Zendesk, Intercom, Slack, macOS, and Google Suite Certification including Docs, Sheets, and Slides. This experience also allowed Dylan to strengthen key professional skills including giving and receiving feedback, handling challenging customers, and effective workplace communication.

Dylan Rajkumar reports to Veronica Hendrix, Head of Customer Experience. They are on a team with Elijah Abreu - Customer Experience Associate, Cindy L. - Customer Support Specialist, and Dyshawn Bailey - Customer Experience Team Lead.
