Ely Bar-Ness

Ely Bar-Ness is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Revlon. Ely has previously served as the Global Human Resources Leader at Ashland Inc., the SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Cosmetic Essence, Inc., and the Director, Human Resources at Pfizer.

Ely has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Ely was hired by the new CEO of Cosmetic Essence, Inc. to change the culture of the company and rebuild the HR infrastructure. At Ashland, they were selected to lead the HR function for the newly formed $3B division, Ashland Specialty Ingredients. Ely also led HR for all Ashland divisions in the EMEA region (Europe Middle East Africa).

Ely has a total responsibility for 5,000+ employees in over 50 countries. Ely has a global staff of 28.

Ely Bar-Ness has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. Ely also has an Executive Leadership Program from Harvard University.Lastly, they have a MS in Management and Labor Relations from Rutgers University.
