Ravi Sankar leads the company’s multiyear transformation program as the Chief Transformation Officer. The Transformation Office will lead the implementation and execution of the Revlon Global Growth Acceleration (RGGA) program, driving Revlon towards sustained long-term growth and a stronger organizational capability.

In his previous role with Revlon, he served as the Vice President, Finance and Business Operations., leading the 2018 Optimization Program, Global FP&A, Corporate Real Estate and Revlon’s Shared Services operations.

Before joining Revlon in 2018, Ravi had a long career with Colgate Palmolive Company in various leadership roles spanning the Middle East, Europe and North America as Finance Director, Division controller, and leading Colgate’s global Finance transformation program.

Ravi is a Chartered Accountant and a Graduate in Mathematics from Mahatma Gandhi University, India.
