Damian Spencer

Damian Spencer has a long history of working in the business sector. Damian began their career in 1997 as a Business Development Officer-Commercial Banking at Bank of Cherry Creek, where they performed key account analysis and was responsible for new business deposits and generating loans for the Commercial Lending Department. In 2000, they moved to Ingersoll Rand as a Sr Sales Analyst-Americas, where they administered and built sales dashboards that reported key sales performance metrics to 5 VP's of Sales in the Americas region. In 2011, they took on the role of Division Financial Operations Manager at Zynex Medical, where they were the CRM Administrator for the division's CRM and responsible for the optimization, maintenance and construction of business modules in the CRM system for cross functional groups. Most recently, in 2014, they became Co-Founder & CINO of RezDox, a premier software technology company that provides the Residential Real Estate Industry with a dedicated AVM to determine the real market value of a home through the use of a proprietary algorithm. In this role, they oversee day-to-day operations and fiscal responsibilities, such as P&L, forecasting, budgeting, KPI reporting, and financial metrics. Damian also works with senior stakeholders and advisory group to determine values and mission plan for short and long term goals.

Damian Spencer obtained a Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Economics from the University of Wyoming in 1992. Damian also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, and SQLServer/SQL Transactional Data Script & Query Writing from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.
