Craig Mersky

Craig Mersky is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as SVP, General Counsel at R/GA since August 2025. Previously, Mersky held the position of Associate General Counsel - AI & Technology at Omnicom from February 2021 to August 2025, where responsibilities included leading legal counsel for various business groups and negotiating a range of agreements related to technology and data privacy. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Ketchum spanned from April 2006 to February 2021, during which Mersky fulfilled multiple roles, including Chief Strategy Officer & General Counsel and Chief Human Resources Officer & General Counsel, overseeing legal affairs and talent management strategies. Mersky began the legal career as an Associate at Davis & Gilbert LLP, representing advertising and media agencies. Mersky holds a BA in Political Science from Emory University and a JD from The George Washington University Law School.
