Dorothy Peng

As VP Managing Director, Dot runs and manages the Singapore office, working with clients in Singapore and beyond in Southeast Asia, designing businesses and brands to make a more human future.

Under her leadership, the studio has been awarded Southeast Asia Consultancy of the Year GOLD twice (2019, 2020), Southeast Asia Brand Experience Agency of the Year GOLD twice (2019, 2020), Mobile Agency of the Year, and Best Place to Work.

In her career, Dot has managed and led teams across Innovation, Technology, Strategy, Design, Consulting, Digital, Integrated Communication, and CRM, amongst others in a global and regional capacity.

Most recently, she led the creation and implementation of Zig, ComfortDelGro’s Mobility Lifestyle as a Service digital venture, and Mox, a digital bank for Standard Chartered Bank. She’s also led the brand transformation for Singlife, Singapore’s newest insurtech.

Prior to leading the office, Dot was Group Director managing all of the Unilever business, leading a team across multiple brands and disciplines of work and driving account efficiency while championing creative solutions for business goals. She also led the Nike relationship, before leading as Global business lead on Nikon.

She has been recognised by CampaignAsia and named on the 40 under 40 list.
