Kathleen Schaller Butkovich

Kathleen (Katie) Schaller Butkovich is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global HR strategy and change management. Currently serving as Executive Director of Global HR Strategy at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, Katie oversees HR project management and leads strategy execution. Previous roles include Executive Director and Director of Global Change Management, where Katie focused on organizational change, culture, and DEI initiatives. Additionally, Katie serves on the Board of Directors Development Committee at Boone Center, Inc., supporting employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Prior experience includes significant positions at Spire, Ameren, and Peabody Energy where Katie developed innovative HR systems and led enterprise-wide change management efforts. Katie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership with a concentration in Human Resources from The University of Kansas and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Development from Webster University.
