Currently serving as Sr. Client Partner & Advisor for RGF Professional Recruitment since April 2019, Krishnendu previously held positions including AVP for Leadership Hiring and National Key Accounts Head. Prior to RGF, Krishnendu worked at CIEL HR as GM for Search & Selection in North India and held leadership roles at Grassik Search, Randstad India, Ma Foi Randstad, Spectrum Consultants, and New Era India. A graduate of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore with an MBA in Finance & Marketing, and an M.Sc. in Physics with a focus on Electronics & Telecommunications from Agra University, Krishnendu combines extensive industry expertise with a strong educational foundation.
