Amy Ho

Amy Ho is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in HR operations, payroll, rewards, and governance. Currently serving as the Head of HR Operations, Payroll and Rewards, along with responsibilities in HR Governance and HR Business Partnering at RHB Singapore since January 2022, Amy has previously held positions at IAG as an HR Operations and Business Partner from October 2019 to January 2022, and at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Assistant Vice President from January 2016 to September 2019. Additional experience includes a role in Human Resources at Ericsson from April 2014 to January 2016 and various HR positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from September 2009 to April 2014. Amy Ho holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double major in Human Resource Management and Management from Murdoch University.
