Fernanda Milagre

Fernanda Milagre boasts extensive experience in finance and controlling, currently serving as Head of FP&A Performance Management & Reporting at RHI Magnesita since August 2020. Previously, Fernanda held the position of Senior Controlling Analyst at ZF Group from May 2018 to October 2019, where responsibilities included financial reporting for South America and coordinating financial planning across multiple business units. From May 2014 to May 2018, Fernanda worked at AngloGold Ashanti as a Senior Controlling Analyst, focusing on financial planning processes and strategic planning. Earlier experience includes a role as Controlling Analyst at RHI Magnesita and various positions at UFMG Consultoria Jr. Fernanda holds a specialization in Gestão, Pessoas from Fundação Dom Cabral and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
