Luiza Alvarenga

Luiza Alvarenga is a Senior Project Management Officer at RHI Magnesita, where responsibilities include managing projects through the Stage-Gate method and utilizing SAP-PPM, while effectively leading strategic meetings for scope, risk, and timeline analysis. Previously, Luiza served as a Project Management Analyst, Assistant, and Intern at Mult, focusing on the integration of project and sales teams using SCRUM, PMBOK, and OKR methodologies, and leading a team of four. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Legal-Financial and Sponsorship Advisor for the Semana de Engenharia Química at UFMG, where Luiza contributed to organizing the event online, attracting over 300 participants, and managing financial agreements with partner companies.
