Kelly Vartanian

Kelly Vartanian possesses extensive administrative and support experience across various roles in both educational and governmental settings. Currently serving as Special Assistant to the Governor’s Chief of Staff for the State of Rhode Island since November 2022, previous positions include Implementation Aide at the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management and Administrative Assistant at Eldredge Elementary School. In earlier roles as Executive Assistant to Attorney Moses at Moses & Afonso, Ltd. and Executive Assistant Office Manager at Paolino Properties, Kelly demonstrated strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing calendars, correspondence, and various administrative tasks. Kelly holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from the Community College of Rhode Island.
