With more than 15 years of experience in the leadership development and assessment space, Audrey plays a valuable analytical and advisory role for leaders through her work at RHR International. During her career, she has enhanced leadership capabilities for a broad range of clients, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to small businesses.

Audrey is well-versed in delivering practical guidance and insights across company sizes, sectors, and industries. In particular, she excels at helping individuals strategize and achieve long-term growth and scalability in their careers, fitting this into the client organization’s overall talent pipeline. Audrey is passionate about helping others achieve job satisfaction, empowering them to grow and develop in line with their goals. She believes in the power of an engaged, authentic, and inspired workforce.

Prior to joining RHR International, Audrey worked at a firm focused on professional personality assessment. In this role, she launched and scaled a targeted practice area dedicated to coaching support based on assessment results and grew it from less than 500 people to more than 1,000 users during her tenure. She then started her own company, supporting independent coaches and consultants with their business and client development. Over the years, she has also facilitated countless Hogan Assessments Certification and Advanced Certification workshops as well as team-building and employee-development programs using personality tools, 360 feedback, and development plans.
