Natalie Waller

Natalie Waller has over 28 years of work experience. Natalie is currently a Board Trustee at State Street UK Pension and Life Assurance Scheme since October 2022. Natalie is also a Sounding Advisor at Social Value Portal since July 2022. In 2021, they served as a Non-Executive Director and ESG Advisor at RICE IN ACTION. From 2019 to 2022, Natalie was a Non Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Aspen Insurance Group. Prior to that, they held various roles at State Street Global Advisors, including Head of the Global Equity Beta Solutions Group and Managing Director. Natalie also worked as a Senior Investment Manager at SSGA/ Gartmore from 1997 to 2009, and as an Equity Derivative Sales Executive at Nomura International plc. from 1993 to 1997.

Natalie Waller's education history begins in 1978 when they attended Lycée Français de Madrid and obtained a French Baccalaureat section B with a focus on economics. Natalie also received a Certificado de Bacchillerato Espanol. From 1986 to 1992, they pursued their Bachelor's Degree at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, majoring in Economics, Business & Public Sector Administration. Following that, they attended Universidad Complutense de Madrid again from 1992 to 1993 and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Engineering, Derivatives, and Markets. In 2019, Natalie Waller took a Business Sustainability Management Course at the University of Cambridge, specializing in Sustainability Studies.

In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the FT Non-Executive Director Diploma - Pearson SRF BTEC Level 7 Advanced Professional Diploma from the FT Non-Executive Programme in June 2020. Natalie also became a Cambridge Institute Sustainability Leadership Mentor through the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) in September 2020. In 2021, they pursued the FSA Credential Level II Candidate from SASB Standards in June and completed the Science and Engineering of Climate Change certification from EDHEC Business School in December. In 2022, Natalie Waller obtained several certifications, including Climate Change and Sustainable Investing, The Finance of Climate Change, fsa credential from IFRS Foundation, and Economics and Policies of Climate Change, all from EDHEC Business School.
