Shanon Gerrity

Shanon Gerrity has extensive experience in the homebuilding industry, having held various purchasing roles over a span of nearly three decades. Currently, Shanon serves as the Director of Purchasing at Richmond American Homes since September 2017. Previous positions include Purchasing Manager at Emerald Homes from October 2014 to August 2017, and a series of roles at D.R. Horton, where Shanon was a Purchasing Manager from May 2010 to September 2014 and a Purchasing Agent from 2007 to 2010. Shanon also worked as a Purchasing Agent at KB Home from 1997 to 2006 and as an Options Coordinator at Lewis Homes from 1995 to 1997. Educational credentials include studies at California State University, Bakersfield, and the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
