Michael Marquez

Michael Marquez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in underwriting, football operations, and coaching. Currently serving as an Associate Underwriter at Richmond National since September 2025, Michael previously held a similar position at Kinsale Insurance from May 2023 to August 2025. In addition, Michael has been the Director of Football Operations at Berry Athlete Representation since January 2021 and worked as an Assistant Manager at Capitol Landing Mulch from April 2021 to May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a contractor at MAP Construction Inc., a Defensive Analyst/Assistant Football Coach at William & Mary, and an Assistant Football Coach at Hampden-Sydney College.
